ORGANIZATION

BICO INDUSTRIES started its activity in 2006. At that moment, the management team had over 15 years of experience in the production and distribution of solutions and thermo and waterproofing systems. People are the main value of a company. We ensure a good work climate, we provide the due motivation to our staff in order to obtain maximum efficiency. We provide training for acquiring the knowledge of the latest technologies in the field and transforming it into skills, for the benefit of customers.

VASLUI PRODUCTION CENTER

By re-technologing the HITROM factory, located on the industrial platform of Vaslui city, in 2009, we gave to the production an area of over 15,000 m². There we have implemented specialized technologies for the production of fiberglass mesh used for reinforcing External Thermal Insulation Composite System ( ETICS).

With an installed production capacity of over 40 million square meters/year, BICO Industries is the largest national producer of fiberglass mesh for thermo systems and one of the most important manufacturers in Europe.

PITRA NEAMT PRODUCTION CENTER

In the first half of 2019, by implementing state-of-the-art technologies, we started, in Piatra Neamt city, the production of fiberglass scrim and reinforcements specially designed for reinforcing, by lamination, of industrial products that tend to easily break (nonwoven materials, foils, films, papers…).

Through this project, BICO Industries adds a production capacity of 10 million square meters/year to the technological resources of the organization and becomes the only local manufacturer of technical textiles that owns production technologies specially designed to reinforce thermo systems and industrial applications.

In addition, within the Piatra Neamt production center, BICO Industries successfully operates a production capacity of 6.6 million pcs./year of PVC or ALUMINUM profiles, with fiberglass mesh, used for strengthening, protection and aesthetics of the external corners on surfaces finished with different types of plaster.

In order to comply with the highest quality standards, we have implemented an integrated management system according to ISO 9001/14001/18001 standards and our products are periodically approved and certified based on national and European standards in the field.
